I am trying to find a Bathroom Renovator for a 40year old bathroom in an apartment in a live in apartment (my mother) lives there.
I am not looking to fit the bathroom like a fashion statement, just to achieve a practical, efficient, nice and clean environment for a 76yo.
It is possible to avoid re-tiling by using alternative methods (re-glazing).
Replace toilet, replace and lower shower base, sink and install a cabinet under the sink. Replace/reglaze bathtub with a spa-bath. Install bidet and ventilation, lamp, replace shower doors and install toilet privacy door.
