We are looking for someone to provide a quote on removing 2 small walls either side of a kitchen doorway and installing a supporting beam in the roof to support this. The timber beam required is 240 x 63 and we have purchased an engineers report that details exactly what is required.
Separately to this we would also like a quote on a bathroom renovation that would involve removing the toilet, vanity and all tiles, running pipes a short distance for a shower, and then installing waterproofing, a toilet, a vanity and a shower.
I can forward the engineers report and plans of the apartment if required.
