We require a small bathroom and toilet to be completely renovated. Bathroom and toilet are separate.
Bathroom: remove existing bath,vanity, shower . Replace taps and install new bath, vanity and shower in same positions. No need to change plumbing.
Toilet:remove and replace existing toilet.
Toilet and bathroom: remove tiles, waterproof, screed, retile and grout.
No painting is required (we'll do that). We'll purchase the bath, shower screen,vanity,tapware, and tiles.
All rubbish to be removed.
