A ceiling that is too low to be removed. go back to original. Keep bath that will need painting/relining. Strong Glass shower barrier required on side of bath. Toilet replacement- old one has been removed as have most tiles and water connections. Replace vanity or new one.
Membrane & tiling and glass shelving.
New electrical points. Door swung to other side.
Open to total renovation - will go higher in budget if this is clearly needed. Keen to keep terrazzo floor.
