Situated on the second floor of a townhouse, the current 4.2m x 2.4 Bathroom / Laundry is to be gutted, interior partition wall removed and the remaining large space to be subdivided into a Main Bathroom (approx 2.4 X 2.4) and an Ensuite (with entry from Master bedroom - which already exists).
The Job will include:
- Gutting existing Bathroom/Laundry
- Replacing Ceiling Plaster and installing LED down lights
- Installing a new wall to sub-divide into Ensuite and Bathroom
- Waterproofing / Plumbing
- Tiling
- Sourcing and Installing Toilet, Showerbath, and Vanity in main bathroom
- Sourcing and installing Double Shower, Double Vanity and Toilet in Ensuite.
- Installing power outlets / towl heaters in both bathrooms
- Installing power outlets for a conceiled washing machine in main bathroom.
