This job includes tiling, installation of new bathroom suite and plumbing in a small apartment in Paddington (underground parking available). The old tiles and bathroom suite have already been removed by my handyman.
I have already purchased most of the new items and materials (tiles, grout, toilet, bath, vanity & sink, shower/bath/sink tap fittings, cement etc) and are onsite. There may be a few additional items required but the majority should be there.
I don't believe there is any structural work required, however my handyman has flagged that the drain from the new bath is not aligned with the current plumbing.
