The following are the tasks required at 28 Primula Ave Brooklyn
Bathroom / Toilet Merge
The intent is the merge the existing toilet space into the bathroom, with the toilet behind a half wall.
Requirements:
a. Disconnect existing toilet
b. Remove existing bathroom door
c. Remove toilet walls adjoining bathroom and bathroom entry
d. Reposition current bathroom wall to hallway to align with remaining hallway walls
e. Install new vented window over exiting bath location
f. Strip current bathroom fittings
g. Build half wall in new room in position close to removed wall to enclose toilet
h. Refurbish internal walls
i. Refit existing bathtub into existing location
j. Install new shower into existing location
k. Install new vanity into existing location
l. Remount toilet into new alcove
m. Install new skylight
n. Install 2 x ceiling fans.
Laundry
Demolish existing laundry and replace with larger laundry integrated with existing house floor.
Requirements:
a. Carefully remove existing laundry external walls and fittings
b. Install stumps to extend laundry to approx 3m x 3m
c. Reconstruct laundry on stumps to align with existing floor levels
d. Construct room with minimum slope roof under eaves with fall to rear of house
e. Construct new toilet and linen cupboard into wall alongside existing bathroom with vented window to outside
f. Move existing door to align with hallway
g. Move existing window to rear wall
h. Install new toilet and vanity
i. Re-plumb for laundry tub and washing machine.
