The house is about 30 years old and the main bathroom needs to be renovated including new taps, hand basin, vanity, tiling, shower base etc. This work will principally be to replace old with new and there are no structural alterations. Prefer middle range products to be used for this purpose. All work to be carried out by the contractor including demolition and the installation of the various products.
