either i can buy the new items myself or show the tradesmen what i want and have him buy trade and add to the labour invoice.
shower/bath combination currently has glass screen which will need to be removed and reinstalled.
tiles will need to be re grouted and shower screen sealed so either with the one tradesman or get a tiler in separately.
