Bathroom reno- repaint ceiling, regrout, and new vanity

We would like to redo our bathroom somewhat. The ceiling and architraves are mouldy and peeling and need to be repainted. The tiles are coming off and need to be regrouted. There is a lot of mould in the shower so maybe regrouting of those tiles too? We also have a very old vanity unit that needs replacing with a new one. I'm not sure if this will fit a premade one or have to be custom built.
