Bathroom in solid brick 30's 1st floor apartment. Bathroom size approx. 6m2.
Shower stall, no bath, separate toilet and laundry.
Complete refit, waterproofing, tiling, new fixtures & fittings, cabinetry and electrical.
Ideally would like stucco / rendering removed from brick walls and replaced with plasterboard but dependant on cost and the condition of the underlying brick.
