prior to needing work, the bathroom will be:
- striped
- old tiles / toilet/ bath/ vaniety and basin removed.
work required:
-waterproofing
- wall and floor tiling
- fitting of new vaniety/basin/toilet/taps/shower screen
- two halogen lights removed and a light/fan/heat combo installed
- removal and fitting of new window (only small)
****n/b all new items going back where old ones were, so not much plumbing involved***
