I initially had him doing my bathroom but ended up asking him to fix a number of things around the place. * Friendly and patient (the person who left that feedback about him being rude simply has no idea) * Prompt and always contactable * Did not drag job on * Well connected - with tradesmen, cheap tiles/PC items etc * Reasonably priced - quoted significantly less than others * Willing to resolve issues - there were a number of things along the way that didn't go as I liked, but he had them resolved to my satisfaction * Gave me lots of DIY tips * Wears clean clothes for a dirty job? Job well done - will call on again!
