The bathroom is about 3.5m x 2.5m. I will remove the existing bathroom, including floor and wall tiles and arrange for plastering. The floor is likely to need repare or replacement with yellow-tongue boards
The shower and bath need to be replaced. I will supply the vanity unit and the taps for them to be installed. I can also supply the tiles but will consider having the provider supply them if that is possible.
