just bought new neglected house - bargain but we're students! surprise plumbing catastrophy - excessive mould and tile ingress -need renovation in bathroom, paid in cash. (Shower and vanity only - no need for moving of waterways or redesigning layout). Will be basic, white and generic with extreme eco friendly/water wise features - which will include installation of solar hot water. Not sure of condition of current tanks. Plastering/insulation/water proofing/tiling definetly and extended plumbing work for installation of water tank - hooked up to seperate toilet and washing machine - only what is neccessary and cant be left to later down the line....no design neccessary, no moving of structured walls and no extra windows etc.. would like just the contracting side please.... only want to spend around 6000$ in total happy to source bathroom faucets and furniture myself (not incl SHW)
