Two Jobs in one.
Main Bathroom - refresh. Some minor wall changes, re-tile, new toilet, new glass wall shower (not membrane floor), new fittings - keep bath, vanity.
En-suite - complete renovation. Two options
1. Expand to v. large ensuite (remove wall etc) with hi-spec fittings, new double shower, membrane based floor, new vanity, mirrors, tiles etc. ie back to shell and start again.
2. Keep current size, renovate as above - but single shower.
Important: Both bathrooms to be completed no later than 17 October. Start Monday 15th (or earlier possible).
