Small bathroom - 2.8 x 1.65 metres. I want the shower recess (with concrete nub removed), old bathtub removed and replaced with new tub plus half shower screen and shower fittings. Small vanity removed and corner vanity placed in position of old shower recess. Old floor and ceiling tiles removed and replaced with new tiles. Toilet is new so doesn't need to be replaced. The gyprock ceiling may also need to be replaced. The unit is on the second floor of a 3 storey block of units
