currently we have a bathroom and a toilet split by a wall (non-weight bearing). we are looking at knocking down the wall, stripping back the bathroom and re-fitting. the positions of the bathroom amenities will basically remain the same (ie, small amount of movement of plumbing) but will require electric work, plumbing, tiling, and small amount of structural work (ie wall removal, extension of back window). the budget i am looking at is ~15k
