Bathroom is small (2mx3m) with an adjacent toilet. They need to be completely gutted to remove the existing bath,vanity and toilet as well as remove plaster off toilet walls and tiles. This rubbish will need to be removed and disposed of.
Once cleaned out will need to -
- Replace the existing bath/shower area walls/floor with a new water proofing
- Replace the bath with a walk in shower (pipes will not need moving)
- Replace the vanity (will be provided)
- have the floor and walls re-tiled
- have all rubbish removed
- put plaster on the walls of the toilet
- fit a new toilet (will be provided)
- install new shower fittings (to be provided)
