We currently live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1st floor apartment. Our bathroom currently consists of a bath, sink, toilet, shower & some storage. We are keen to get further advice on the layout & how best to utilise the space. We do have some damp damage to an internal wall, in the hall way that backs onto the shower. We think this has been caused by the water proofing being non-existent!
