take out the old sink, cupboards and shelves. replace with new design which i have. some custom made cupboards for shampoos etc need to be made as well as replace a rotting window. shower facilities are fine. ready made cupboards with single sink should be ok.in a nut-shell:
1/ remove existing window sashes and replace with one sash
2/replace sliding mirror doors with obscure type
3/new corner joinery unit with glass door - all 2 pak white
4/mew vanity unit with semi recessed vanity and tapware.
5/new full height mirror above vanity
6/ new splashback
7/relocate powerpoint to side of corner unit
