Bathroom revamp and install a sliding door

  Hi, I have a few things:
1. I have a sliding door I want installed to replace a window. The aluminium sliding door is here waiting to be installed. The sliding security door also needs replacement wheels. Note: this will need the right hand side timber reveal removed or altered as the total width of the alum sliding door and timber reveal is 6mm too wide for the brick opening. The height is no problem.
2. I also need a bathroom upgrade, with removal of the old bath/shower, screen and tapware to be replaced with a tiled walk in shower with three tiled sides, so this will need the base, taps, waterproofing and tiling done. The bathroom is currently lined throughout with the old masonite type tile boards (like a lamipanel). I'm not touching the ceiling as I'm trying to keep the cost down.
3. The changeover of the old basin with a new cabinet and basin top that is here ready, complete with basin mixer tap. This will need to be plumbed in also, with waste.
4. Changeover of laundry taps (I have them ready).
5. Reline the bathroom walls. I am thinking of using compressed plywood bracing with a clear sealant over it, and this can be fixed onto the old linings (the masonite type tile board). Additionally, installing a 50mm aluminium skirting around the bathroom.
6. Hanging four bathroom cabinets on the walls (already made and waiting installation).
7. Hanging the associated bathroom fittings in nominated locations, all new stainless steel, including new towel rails (x2), toilet roll holder, toilet brush holder, soap dish, toothbrush cup holder and hooks (x2).
8. Supply and installation of a wallmounted exhaust fan (activated with light) in silver finish.
9. Supply and changeover of light switch and double powerpoint both Clipsal Series 2000 Classic in silver finish.
10. Removal of old vinyl floor sheeting – I will arrange for new floor covering.
