We need the services of a builder/carpenter for the following 2 items:
JOB 1. Building a false wall to cover an unused fireplace, and creating an indent to house the LCD TV. Also needing to create an entertainment unit (in 2 pac) at the bottom of the wall for entertainment accessories (DVD player, storage etc). We would like someone to do both the wall and the cabinet work.
JOB 2. Also looking to convert upstairs attic (very small room) into a wardrobe.
