I would like to obtain competitive quotes for a complete bathroom renovation. Whole bathroom suite to be replaced, floor and wall tiles removed, completely new waterproofing, new tiles for walls and floor. Existing bathroom have a bath, vanity & shower screen. Remove all three and install new bath, basin, shower screen, wall vanity, mirrors, new fittings and a Toilet. It is a two way bath room, may have to move door from bedroom slightly to accomodate the new toilet. The bathroom is 1.7m x 2.6m in size. I have architechtural drawing of the property.
In addition, depending on the budget, would like to re-tile a small toilet 1.55m x 0.9m. Also, add a mirror, small vanity and tap in the toilet room.
