Complete bathroom renovation replacing shower, bath, vanity, toilet and fixtures. tile replacement will also need to be done.
there is also a cabinet built into the wall above the vanity that needs to be replaced.
idea is to purchase shower, bath, etc. seperately and only have these installed by qualified tradesman, but this is not set in concrete and open to ideas.
would ideally like to keep existing plumbing so as not to add to much additional expense
