We have a small bathroom (3.5 sq metres) which needs complete reno - removal of existing tiles and fixtures (sink, toilet and bath) and replacement with new tiles, vanity, toilet, and shower (no bath). waterproofing will need to be fixed as we have had some mold into next room's wall. would also like new fan/light/heater fixture. would keep similar footplate. underfloor access is crawl space. walls are brick.
