Refit ensuite for improved safety and access for elderly couple. At minimum, requires removal of existing shower hob and floor tiles. Then retiling with at least R11 non-slip tiles and changed drainage pitch and position of drain outlets for wet areas. Ideally, (the complete renovation alternative) change position of shower, change direction of toilet 90Deg, relocate vanity and increase width of doorway. The latter option will require considerable relaying of water pipes and full wall retiling. (All walls are currently brick with near full height tiles)
