Job requires:
- Removal of 1 internal wall
- Closing in two internal doorways, adding two others.
- Replacing 2 archways with cavity sliders
- Bricking in an external doorway and window opening
- Installing a new toilet under a staircase
- Full ensuite renovation (shower base + screen, toilet and basin) - plumbing will need to be moved
- UInstallation of new lighting in places including downlights and exhaust fans.
- Moving plumbing in Laundry
- All plumbing and electrical works
- All plastering
- All tiling
- Rubbish removal
Am also open to prices that include supply of hardware (sinks, taps toilets etc) however looking for good quality.
We will provide
1. Tiles
2. Cabinets & benchtops for bathroom & Laundry through our chosen supplier.
3.Paint & Painting
We also have some architrave/skirting works that need to be done in another part of the house and will be included in this job.
Looking for a fixed price, and happy to consider part payments along the way. Keen for the job to be done in March, and a duration of no longer than 3 - 4 weeks.
I have self prepared plans of the desired end result which can be shared during the site inspection & quote.

Decided to give the job to someone else and have been happy with that decision as I feel I am getting value for money and quality service at a third of the price.
