Would like to convert a brick garage 2400mmx7500mmx5000mm (HxLxW) to a granny flat.
Plumbing to use the SaniBest from SaniFlo for the bathroom and kitchen lines
New insulated ceiling and walls installed, as well as separator wall for bathroom, 1 external/solid door needed for entry and 2 internal doors.
Some electrical cabling for each area (3-4 lines for lights), and some power points.
Base concrete floor to be raised for 100mm and tiled.
Some wall brick to be replaced with glass brick for natural lights and small awning windows for airflow.
