House is on sloping land so back of house is raised 1.8m and needs to be trenched to meet 2.5m to fit a room underneath extension. Extension of a room 4m x 4m and a covered decking alongside 5m x 6m off the back of the existing home. Would like the piers to be positioned to allow for a room underneath. Cementing required on floor level after trenching and also plumbing to required to allow for a bathroom at later stage.
