The bathroom is approximately 3.2m x 1.5m and contains shower, toilet and vanity. Walls are veneer. No change to the position of the current PC items, so minimal plumbing is required. Would like a quote on the total cost of striping, demolition, and disposal of old bathroom. Then please include the re-sheeting of the walls, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing (including fitting all pc items such as toilet, vanity shower etc), electrical (additional 2 power points, fitting 2 new downlights and replacing current IXL tastic with new). I also have some additional work that needs to be done, such as installing 17 downlights, repair work to the pergola, install new sink in kitchen. Please initially quote just on the bathroom alone, then we can discuss the other bits and pieces.
