  Itemised Quote for repairs required – if unable to do any of the following – please advise:
1. Replace 2 cracked Romwood C24 Iron drainage grates from driveway
2. Replace termite reticulation system cap – approx. 170mm diameter
3. Repair cracked acrylic spa bath corner
4. Repair acrylic/replace with vit. china damaged semi-recess vanity (3 hole) basin – 900mmx300mm,
5. Repair paintwork on 2 damaged window sill
6. Replace 200mmx200mm plain white tile in Kitchen splashback
7. Repair/patch damage to Kitchen laminate benchtop:
i. Chipped corner strip
ii. 3 burn holes/bubbled laminate (any suggestions welcome, in lieu of having to replace the entire benchtop)
iii. Replace/repair gyprock wall in dishwasher recess
iv. Replace swollen LHS panel to dishwasher recess
8. Supply and fit the following 5 blown light bulbs:
i. 2 bayonet cap Clear Cool Day/Cool White bulbs (11-15W CFL equivalent of old 60w incandescent )
ii. 1 Range hood light 40w clear E14 small Edison screw cap
iii. 1 E27 Edison screw 60w (ES 80) clear/frosted Flood Reflector
iv. 1 Spotlight E27 Clear Edison Screw 150w PAR38
9. Supply & fit 3 switch gang plate cover to Bathroom fan/light switch
10. Replace 1 round 300mm diameter frosted oyster DIY light fitting with comparable (chrome fittings).
11. Replace missing Vertical Blind accessories:
i. 4 Blind cord tensioner caps
ii. 1x127mm chainless vertical blind weight
12. Patch damaged gyprock wall in LHS wardrobe of Master Bedroom
13. Patch/repair/replace damaged melamine panel in RHS wardrobe of Bed 1
14. Properly repair damaged front door around door handle/lock and adjoining door jamb
15. Repair/Supply & fit damaged flyscreens (4).
