Brick house with tin roof. Front & Back Facia beams require replacing on low-set house due to water damage. The job will require a small amount of electrical work as the power main cable and pole is connected directly to the front facia beam. Material and paint will not be required since this will already be on site. (240mm x 40mm.) Please feel free to drop by and quote.
