Just bought a unit and am looking for someone to come in and quote on setting up false ceiling across the whole unit. THe idea is to then get some down lights fitted. The unit has a total size of 85 sq metres. Currently there is just one central light in each room (living room + kitchen + 2 bedrooms + bathroom).
