We bought a house 5 years ago and the previous owner had drawn up plans to extend the kitchen & lounge and to add a first floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The previous owner completed the downstairs work and then sold the house to us. We are now planning to complete the renovation. We have the previous architect plans, previously DA / council approvals and would like some quotes on how much it would cost to complete the work (ie adding the first floor).
