I have a tv unit that extends from the floor to the ceiling in the centre of my lounge room that i would like demolished, to open up the room for more space. From first look it appears to NOT be load bearing. but would like an expert opinion. There is a natural gas heating line and outlet running down the unit from the ceiling that would have to be diverted to outlet at a different wall. There is also some electrical outlets that would have to be capped and removed or diverted.
