the bathroom is currently in its original state - 1973 - pink and purple everywhere. it needs to be completely guttered and replaced. we would like to have a frameless/semi frameless shower, a new bath, mirror, lighting and vanity installed. the walls will need to water proofed and tiled 1200mm high. the floors will need to be tiled aswell.
laundry.
we need to have the laundry floor retiled. the laundry walls need to be tiled 1200mm high around. bracket to be installed on the wall for dryer to be seated in.
toilet
new toilet to be installed. floor to be tiled. walls to be tiled 1200mm high.
nb: floor tiles to be the same through out entire wet area.
