We would like to create one bathroom slash European laundry from an existing separate toilet and bathroom. Need to knock out a wall in the existing bathroom replace vanity bath shower and toilet. Will require re plumbing and needs tile work all the way up in the shower and halfway for remainder of bathroom. Need ensuite replaced. Ensuite is essentially a toilet that requires replumbing plus vanity and shower and tile replacement. Existing laundry requires tiles removed. Would like work to start as soon as possible and completed by February
