Arrived on time the first time to discuss job. After getting more details for him I rang to try to discuss a quote, his phone not answering. Finally got hold of him, he said he was unwell at the time, we made another time to do quote and he did not show, or call, I rang again phone not answering. After first contact I found this tradesman unreliable.
