It's a 12 yrs old 2 storeys brick house. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. There is 1 ensuite bathroom , 1 bathroom and 2 toilets to give them a facelift. New kitchen or renew existing kitchen whichever way can save cost. Fresh paint all inside the house. New partition of the formal living area to make into a 2nd ensuite. Yes, we'll need a new bathroom and toilet in there. Rip off all carpeted areas (upstairs) and replace with laminate floorings. One patio area to be tiled and will consider to enclose it to make it into another room. 2nd outdoor area needed concrete or paving and pergola. Laundry sink to be replaced. Need a driveway, currently just very muddy with the rain, bitumen, gravel, concrete doesn't matter, as long as keep cost down coz its a big area to cover. Fencing around the house, need an electric gate at the entrance. Most of all, I need a tip truck or a tip bin, there will be an overhaul junk clean up including lots of old furniture and lots of bits and pieces to throw out.
