Hi, I am looking to have quote done for three jobs in same house starting in the next couple of months; Job 1(main); -convert main bathroom into ensuite, add toilet and re-tile -Convert existing laundry into second bathroom, add toilet and prefab shower and base, tile and install vanity -Move current back door to where toilet is now, move toilet and create hall way -Remove bulk head storage and restore to original roof line internally -In kitchen covert three sets of drawers to place for washing machine Job 2; - Install large sliding doors onto balcony, involves removing some of the existing wall -Install bifold doors to courtyard into existing window well -Install 3x windows into existing window well -Remove existing windows Job 3: -Design and install decking approx 20q mtrs + stairs to side of house I will supply all fixtures, tiles and finishes (vanities & toilets etc).
