- relocate back door from side of house to rear of house.
- remove partition walls in laundry, rear hall and 2nd toilet (this is the room/area to relocate back door within as well)
- plinth boards around base of house (recent restumping)
- rear decking area
- front entry decking
Various other little jobs to do if you're interested. Will be discussed at quote if required. Owner is a very capable tradesman (diesel mechanic) and is happy to help out if requested.
