  The House is 60 years old it has 5 bedroom 2 level high three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with saune base bath that needs to be updated and showers and also tiles walls and ceiling and washing basin three bedrooms upstair needs to be fully renovate4d and new windows updated and blinds all doors doors are in bad shape and frames need to be completely replace and doors as well as bathroom doors and we have an attic ceiling a bit crack needs repair attic needs touch up gutter needs replacing roof needs repainting and look out for any damage the eves may need touch up down stairs the two bedroom downstairs need the same as upstairs bathroom needs everything renovated ,tiles ceiling and shower and basin replace ,kitchen renovation maybe all windows down stair needs to be updated three wide windows from floor from the three rooms 3 meters wide and 2 meters high including living room kitchen windows need replacing double garage floor needs to completely refurnishing, garage door replace to electrical, wall and light fixing all out the house replace, tv antenna outlet must increase to 4 rooms and computer outlet connection to 3 more rooms, next to the garage is a toilet and shower room, back door two next to it is a laundry, walls floor must all be updated there a crack on one of the pipe leading out fom the toilet near the laundry that needs to be fix the front concrete varanda needs to be replace new fencing needs to be put up the front and side area the concrete fencing in the back needs to be rendered and a little bit of damage to fix, the swimming pool area needs to be modernise and pool to be updated and the rest of the land to landsape design .the rest of the house i would like it to be cement rendered.can you please find me a good quote and a good renovator almost forgot we wqant to open up and cut the wall area to have an open kitchen and sitting room area.
