i need tiles replaced in the shower and wall re sealed. i need the vanity unit ripped out and a new one installed. i need tiles replaced under the bath tub rim along the side of the bath. i also need the walls of the bathroom repainted . that is the main bathroom. in my ensuite i need the top roof part above the shower head the paint is peeling of and needs scraping and painting. also needs the grout whitened and throughout the shower cubicle. one wall needs to have paint scraped of and sealed and painted. it also need a light with exhaust fan. it needs to be repainted throughout. and it needs holes sealed and puttied and smoothed. the towel rail reinforced to stay connected in the wall.
