Install new electric oven, cooktop & rangehood into existing kitchen

Existing 20 year old Chef electric oven, cooktop and rangehood installed in 20 year old kitchen. Oven is underbench, cooktop is the coil type and the rangehood sits under an overhanging cupboard. Would like these removed.
To be replaced with new Blanco electric underbench oven, ceramic cooktop and rangehood. Oven should fit into existing cavity however ceramic cooktop is larger size than existing cavity. Rangehood is the same size as existing.
Seeking quote to perform all of the above work including getting this cooktop to fit in the cavity (which I assume will involve making the cavity in the benchtop a bit larger.
