7. Replace torn/damaged vinyl in kitchen.
8. Replacement of any related missing/damaged light fittings/ switches/ powerpoints throughout the house.
9. Replacement of kitchen (with builder range) that has been broken and all drawers and miscellaneous parts missing
10. Retile sections of walls where tiles have been ripped out to ensure consistent colour match (section of tiles were used
11. Replacement of plasterboards through the ceiling and walls due to high exposure and smell of cannabis
12. Repainting of all walls where plasterboard has been replaced and any required painting due to replacements of items (doors, architraves etc).
