Complete rebuild or small bathroom and seperate toilet. waterproofing in existing bathroom has broken down over years of use. caused walls to become moist and led to wood rot in bathroom wall.... Complete rebuild or small bathroom and seperate toilet. waterproofing in existing bathroom has broken down over years of use. caused walls to become moist and led to wood rot in bathroom wall. two walls will need timber replaced and rebuilt. bathroom will need, complete re-tiling (ceiling to floor and floor),replacing bath,shower and cabinet. [dependent on final plan, may call for moving of some piping, but trying to keep it simple] seperate toilet will need to re-tile (ceiling to floor and floor), and replace existing toilet. also considering having small laundry re- tiled (ceiling to floor and floor) at the same time in same tiles.
