The previous owner completed the downstairs work and then sold the house to us. We are now planning to complete the renovation. We have the previous architect plans, previously DA / council approvals and would like some quotes on how much it would cost to complete the work (ie adding the first floor).

The old kitchen has been removed and there are only some remaining wall and floor tiles. I would like to start from scratch and have large 60x60 floor tiles, regular wall tiles and a splashback. I only have between $9,000 - $10,000 to do it all, cabinets, tiling, electrical and plumbing. I have sourced my own appliances.

The home is a slightly elevanted fibro home. our current bathroom is small, and we are looking to extend out into the sunroom at the front of the house. (windows at the front will be removed and...
