I'm looking for estimates on a job to renovate a 2bdrm heritage-listed home in the Queanbeyan area. Home is already owned (family estate), is unoccupied and work would commence within 3 months.... I'm looking for estimates on a job to renovate a 2bdrm heritage-listed home in the Queanbeyan area. Home is already owned (family estate), is unoccupied and work would commence within 3 months. House is small but requires major work, epsecially concerned to get cost estimates on any electrical, plumbing and roof work required. Kitchen and bathroom will not be substantially moved. Just need to check and revamp all plus floors, walls, garage, etc. An extension to an existing sunroom at the rear of the house is also required. House was built circa 1930s-1940, timber frame and floorboards, weatherboard interior, false brick exterior. No formal plans exits yet but ideas have all been checked and okay'd by heritage advisers.
