I’m planning to extend and renovate a recently purchased house and expecting to start the work in 4 weeks’ time. These are the high level requirements • The existing rooms are too small.... Need to either merge or expand • The location of the bathrooms are not practical. Needs changing • The new design should have 4 bed rooms, 1 study, laundry and a media room • The garage should have space for 2 + cars • The kitchen should be able to cater for an island bench top ( should be a big kitchen too) Happy to share the existing floor plan if needed.

The shower door has been dislodged and the top rim of the shower lifted up. We are unable to get the door back and think that the top rim of the shower may need to be replaced.
